When accepting a place on a programme that will be delivered online by this partnership, you enter into an agreement with both the University and Kaplan. The University of Liverpool Programme Terms and Conditions for Online Study sets out our respective and joint responsibilities to you, as well as your responsibilities to the University and Kaplan.
