The Management Perspectives and Practices online professional development course introduces you to the broad concepts of management – enabling you to become an effective manager within any organisation.
The course is split into three core themes. The first provides a comprehensive overview of the development of management theory, while the second focuses on the relationship between management thought and the prevailing practice and functions within it. Finally, the third theme considers how people work, both as individuals and in teams, within a business environment.
